We were so excited about the design concepts Janet created! It was evident she had spent time considering what was important to us and would work well in our yard. She presented multiple options for different projects and concepts and listened to our feedback. She had ideas that were creative and solutions for our needs/wants. Things we would not have thought of alone. She was collaborative and supportive of our suggestions as well. Seeing her designs made us even more excited to get started!

We hired MetroGreenscape to create a plan to improve the usability of our sloping backyard. Chris Paris and his team did a great job of coming up with a plan that leveled the back yard to make it more usable while maintaining the existing trees we have for maximum privacy.

She listened to all my concerns, offered landscaping suggestions that would complement my existing landscape, explained the process and timing of implementing each component of the plan and answered all my questions. MetroGreenscape put an amazing outdoor living space in my backyard that includes a pool, a fire pit area and a full outdoor kitchen. After four years, some of the pavers around the pool deck had settled and a couple of stones were loose around the edge of the pool. I contacted MG because the original work was still under warranty. They moved quickly to diagnose the problem and then immediately sent a crew to repair the area. The work was done in a single day and everything looks brand new! I was even more pleased at the end of the day when I saw that the crew left my property as clean as it was when they arrived. I think consumers get nervous when it comes to needing work that falls under a warranty. MetroGreenscape stands behind their work and they take care of their customers! Job well done.
